LWH CPAs is a 3-office, 5-Partner blend between a Regional and Local firm.  We’re located in smaller communities in East Central Illinois, so we have the feel of a local firm with a close-knit, flexible and family-oriented culture, but the client mix, expertise level, and access to resources of a regional firm.  We operate “globally” with all partners and staff working together, rather than as 3 independent offices who share resources. 

LWH CPAs serves a mix of clients in a variety of industries from the small mom-and-pop business to the multi-million dollar corporation, individuals, estates and trusts of all sizes, and governmental and not-for-profit entities to fulfill their accounting, tax, auditing and advisory needs.  We generally operate with in-person staff but are open to remote possibilities for individuals with experience in our field.  Our firm offers a competitive pay and benefit package along with flexible scheduling and support for attaining CPA licensure. 

Full-time staff members are generally expected to work between 2,100 and 2,350 hours per year, at the employee’s discretion and will be exposed to a variety of work.  Our staff members typically develop specialties as they progress, but remain well-rounded in their accounting and tax knowledge.
