Giving Back to our Communities Archive

Larsson, Woodyard, & Henson, LLP and its employees are committed to giving back to the local communities in which we operate.

See below for some of the efforts made by LWH:

LWH Goes “Casual for a Cause”

All firm employees were invited to go “Casual for a Cause” on Fridays through the summer and fall to support various organizations throughout the communities we serve. With a donation to the cause, staff members could wear jeans for the day to signify their support. One organization supported by LWH is Compassionate Food Pantry in Paris, IL. This organization provides food for the people of Edgar County every Wednesday from 8 a.m. to noon. Every dollar donated is equivalent to $10 of purchasing power by the Pantry. With more and more people using the Pantry, the Pantry continues to need financial support to continue their worthwhile cause. Other organizations supported by LWH include: Casey Food Pantry; Altrusa, for the Dolly Parton Imagination Library; Gannon Boles Scholarship Fund; and Paris Community Nurses and Welfare Association for the Paris Christmas Food Baskets.
